The Tally-Ho deck was introduced in 1885 and continues to be sold to this day. This famous brand was originally a product of Andrew Dougherty, one of the earliest American playing card manufacturers, and was introduced in the same year that the Bicycle deck was released by the USPCC.
The expression “tally-ho” is largely a British fox-hunting term, traditionally shouted when a hunter spotted a fox.
